Hello, you can call me Cult. I am a 28 year old food safety manager. I go by any pronouns, I literally don’t care.

This is my blog where I talk about my mental health and how I’m trying to improve myself. Or who knows maybe this blog will be the documentation of my downfall.

I suffer with Paranoia, and delusions, as well as depression and anxiety. I also believe I have Borderline Personality Disorder, and am currently working on getting that tested.

I am also Autistic, and have chronic pain, and am working on figuring out how to live peacefully with it, being kinder to myself, and allowing myself aids when needed.
